An ESL Field Trip Day Alphonse Yema, S.C.J. (Democratic Congo)
We began this day with an early Mass, followed by breakfast. Then, in class, we had our traditional morning meeting. During this time, our teachers told us about the program for the day. Andrea explained about bowling and gave us the names of three movies that we could watch. Everyone conducted a search about the movies on the internet; so that we could choose three movies that would be the most interesting for us to watch.
After that, at about 10 o'clock, we embarked on our trip. We began by going bowling. It was very interesting. We played for almost two hours. After we finished this activity, we went to a park for lunch. The spot was very pleasant. The nice climate, and the lovely garden offered us a peaceful moment to eat our lunch.

After lunch, we went on the last part of our trip. We planned to stop at the movies. Ruth quickly bought tickets for everybody, and we went into watch the movies. The film that I chose was a drama about the Mafia, with a father and his son as the main characters. After the movie, we went around and looked at the shops and the stores in the mall.
At 4 o'clock, we returned home in Ruth's car. It was a good day!
