My Hobby Is To Exercise Ngu Truong (Vietnam) California
Do you want to have a good body shape? My hobby is exercising everyday; I enjoy exercising every morning and afternoon very much. My regular exercising is running and doing pulling ups in the morning, and working out and lifting weights in the afternoon.
In the morning, I try to get up at 5:45 and do exercise to release my knees and elbows. I spend about twenty minutes running and doing pull-ups. These exercises will strengthen my legs to make them strong, hard, and to give my chest a good shape. Exercise helps to burn many calories in my body. Running and doing pull ups makes my body wake up and gives it fresh air in the morning.
In the afternoon, I usually spend one hour working out and lifting weights daily. I work out to keep a small stomach, and to get a big chest and wide shoulders. Working out makes me drink a lot of water. When I drink a lot of water, my body can clean itself out.
Exercise is my hobby. I enjoy it and am happy with this hobby. It keeps me healthy so I will have a longer life and a good body shape.
