An Interesting Christmas Vacation
By: Manuel Yanqui
(Peru)

student pictureThe most interesting experience for me was to know a new place; its name was Jackson Hole in Wyoming.

It was a wonderful place because it had the mountains. I saw the majestic Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, in this park there were several animals.

I saw for example a moose, a bull moose at sunrise in the morning, a coyote, and also saw a bison cow with a newborn calf.

This city had many Mexican people, at Christmas mass, the church was full. I was only a little unhappy because I was with a Colombian priest, and every day we talked in Spanish, and I didn't get to talk in English. The priest was wonderful as a human being, he was very friendly, but in English, I was lost for over one month.
